Thrive Automation is looking to hiring a Part-time RPA Inside Sales Rep in Ontario, Canada. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for cold calling to generate leads, as well as qualifying, leads generated through marketing campaigns. The rep will then use those leads and take them through the preset sales funnel with the end goal of a closed sale. Experience with service-oriented sales, and exceeding qualified lead and revenue goals is a plus.


  • Identify and qualify potential prospects through proactive outbound calls
  • Marketing campaign follow-up, lead qualification, and meeting booking
  • Data entry and lead management in Hubspot
  • Management of leads, customers, meetings, conversational notes etc. through Hubspot
  • Track all prospecting activities and enter new contacts
  • Working customers/leads through a preset sales funnel/pipeline
  • Closing sales
