Our Services

Automation Readiness Audit (ARA)

Evaluate how ready your key business processes and workflows are to be automated. Are there gaps in the flow of (digital) information? Are there system incompatibilities that would prevent you from taking full advantage of automation? Let our expert analysts guide you to where automation can have the most impact.

Automation Roadmap

It’s true that the possibilities with automation are endless. So much so, that it can be confusing trying to figure out where to start with this new technology you’ve never encountered before. For this reason, our team is dedicated to helping you get the most out of our technology.

Thrive Automation will help you to develop a roadmap that builds automation directly into your company’s operations process-by-process, adding and building on value incrementally, and avoiding the missteps that often end automation programs.

We work with you to guide and assess your operational landscape, identifying the parameters that define the processes best fit for automation, evaluating the individual processes, and recommending the level of automation for each process. We can put all of this together into a unified roadmap to guide your company’s automation journey.

Automation Pilot

Ready to get started but feel more comfortable dipping your toes in slowly before diving in all the way?

That’s no problem at all – we can work with you on that too.

Step 1

Pick a single business process – something that our analysts can wrap their head around within a week. Map out the business process and identify the performance measures.

Step 2

We develop the bot, apply the defined workflows, conduct the testing, and deploy it into your test environment for monitoring. We can also help promote to production when you are ready.

Step 3

Lastly, after the defined monitoring period, we report back to you, comparing performance against the pre-automation environment and providing you with the performance measure identified.

Automation Centre of Excellence

Already started on your automation journey? Need an effective way to deliver on your company’s automation journey process-by-process, add value incrementally, and avoid errors that often miss the value of automation or end the programs early? This offering is for you.

Our Automation Centre of Excellence (ACoE) is for more mature clients who may already have some automation deployed and are ready to implement it in other areas of their business.

It’s designed to support business teams to deliver predictably and regularly on their automation journey. Our experienced process analysts and automation developers work within an accelerated and automation-knowledge focused environment to deliver on your automation objectives.

Thrive Care

For those who require extra support, we offer a custom training and education package for your team that demonstrates bot operation. Our team will monitor and manage key bot operating parameters and conditions, while also providing on-call support for attended bots.
