RPA BUSINESS ANALYST

JOB SUMMARY

Thrive Automation is looking to hiring a full-time RPA Business Analyst in Toronto, ON, Canada. The Analyst will manage and deliver components of business engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative RPA solutions for the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy
  • Develop Detailed As-Is Process Description and Detailed To Be Automated Process Description as part of the  PDD (Process Description Document)
  • Conduct RPA High-Level Assessments
  • Develop RPA client architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility
  • Develop high-level project plans for implementation projects
  • Provides continuous updates to RPA stakeholders and Project Manager during project delivery

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
  • You should have:
    • An understanding of common business processes related to one or more of the following business areas;
      • Finance (AR, AP, Payroll)
      • Inventory managementA great level of curiosity and exceptional communication skills
    • The ability to ask good questions and have the patience to listen to complicated explanations
    • Good analytical skills with the ability to analyze requirements from different angles with clear and logical thinking
    • A “zoom-in zoom-out” approach in identifying the best solution, always ensure that the steps taken are coherent with the program vision.
    • The ability to write/produce detailed documents entailing information gathered from the client’s processes
    • Proven negotiation, and influencing skills
